BLOG CANDY..........I know you want to win this !

ToTe-Tally CooL Tote and A FREE SET OF PaperTrey Ink Stamps................

Yes, that's right. You could win a medium size Tote-ally Cool tote from All My Memories in Brown and Pink as well as a free stamp set of your choice from PaperTrey Ink. If you are not familiar with PaperTrey Ink stamps you are missing out in life. Their stamps, as well as all their other products, are awesome. From the design to the quality and everything in between, you will not be able to find a better acrylic stamp. You can select any stamp choice, other than this months coming release, and receive it and the tote for free just for leaving me a comment about why you enjoy paper crafting, whether it be scrapbooking, card making, or altered art. I love it because of many reasons but I guess the main one is it relaxes me. I began scrapbooking because I saw someone else's book and I feel in love with the idea of keeping those memories alive forever. I realized that by doing this it brought me a peace like no other. I have a chronic illness that flares up under stress and this was just what the doctor ordered. When I get in my space and begin a project, I just get lost. I am so at ease and peaceful. Like I said though, I could name 100 more reasons what I love this art but we don't have time for that, we have blog candy to give away. Please leave 1 comment per person to be fair to everyone else and a winner will be chosen Wednesday, July 9th at Midnight just in time for the new release countdown to start at PaperTrey Ink. The stamp set will be your choice, if it is not available at the time, you have the option to wait until it is in stock again or choose another set.

I love to craft, because it relaxes me. All those little details help my brain focus on other things, and I can clear my head when my hands are busy. I also love seeing my finished products, with the satisfaction that I have completed something unique.

What generous blog candy! I am just getting into paper crafting, but I like it because I've never thought of myself as someone who is even remotely creative. But with stamping it's relatively easy to make really nice cards. It's quite a sense of accomplishment and I really like sending the homemade cards to my friends rather than buying cards at a store.

I enjoy crafting because it is the one thing I do in a day that stays done. I enjoy making something and then sitting back and saying, "I did this". It is really relaxing.

I love papercrafting (scrapping, cards, etc.) because it is the best way that I know to express my creativity. There is always a great satisfaction when you complete a project and know you created something original (with your own two hands) that other people will enjoy too.

Thansks for the chance at the blog candy Beverly--it's very generous.

I love papercrafting because it's the first artistic endeavor that I've been successful at! I really enjoy creating cards for other people. It's both relaxing and rewarding.

Thanks Bev.
I love to craft because for those moments I am alone with MY creativity. It is a wonderful hiatis from the whirlwind that is life. When I create for others it is even better because I know they will love it... it's always nice to know you've brightened someone's day.

Hi,

Scrapbooking and Stamping keeps me sane. It is my therapy. I also have a chronic illness and crafting lets my mind disapear into paper, glue and ink. I also cherish the new friends crafting has brought into my life, internet friends and real life friends.

I have so many reasons why I love to craft. Mostly, it's just a time for me to relax but then I also have a great product that I can give to a friend or family member to brighter their day. Thanks for the chance!

What great blog candy. I love PTI. I enjoy paper crafting because its something that I do just because I enjoy it not because it has to get done. Thanks for the chance to win.

I love to craft because I love being able to make someone else happy with the gift they are getting, usually cards. I also just love that it relaxes me and that I can lose track of time in my little room! Thanks for the awesome opportunity to win the very cool blog candy.

I love to scrapbook/stamp because it is my time by myself to be creative and just enjoy doing something because I love to do it. And I just love seeing the finished card or page and the way it all comes together.

Wow! There is so many reasons I love to craft...satisfies my artistic bent, I love to personalize cards & gifts for friends and family, it IS relaxing, I like to recycle and save money and that fits right in with crafting and it's just plain FUN!!

LaurieG said...

Wow, these are two generous gifts. Thanks for that.

I stamp because I find such joy and satisfaction in seeing a completed card that has come together in a short time but looks good. I am an immediate gratification person by nature and this fills that desire while letting me dable in the art world so to speak

This is really generous of you Beverly - I love crafting because I have some sort of need to make something programmed into my head - I get cranky if i can't do something, I don't know why - I think I inherited the gene from my folks. Card making and stamping appeal to me especially because I can get something finished in one night - as I have more kids i have less time to make things!!

By the way if I was lucky enough to win the blog candy I would like to pay for the shipping - Ireland's a little far away!! lol.

Hi Beverly,

This is some pretty awesome blog candy. I scrapbook really for my kids. I love the fact that they have pictures and memories to look at in the present. Make sense?

I make cards just for me. Being a stay at home right now, it gives me a focus that is also something that I enjoy. There are just so many positives about card making.

Etha said...

Wow that's some generous candy! Pick meeeee LOL, I definitely have some sets that I didn't get yet and that tote looks awesome!
I think I like paper crafting because it is so fast! I used to knit and tat and bead a lot but it always takes quite a while until you have a finished product. With card making or scrap booking you get to play around with toys and colors and actually walk away with something finished after very short time, I like that.

I just started papercrafting 7 months ago. I enjoy it because it is a hobby I can share with my 12 year old daughters. Cards are such a fun craft because they are little spots of beauty in the middle of our chaotic life (and they're recyclable when you get tired of them!).

I began paper crafting a few years ago with my mom. It was a fun activity that we could do together while talking and really allowed us to get very close. Since then I have moved away from home but continue to craft because everytime I see a cute card for sale in the store I say "Oh, I could so make that!" Not to mention, making cards and scrapbooking give me many reasons to shop which I LOVE to do.

WOW!! What generous Candy. I love to paper crafts as a form of stress release. My day just melts away to nothing after making a few cards! and the feeling is even better when I have a handmade card on hand and ready to give for any occasion!

It's the only thing I'm OCD about. I could care less about the dishes and the dust bunnies, but when it comes to crafting..I'm all over it. I've only been stamping for about 6 months and haven't found my own style yet, but I keep seeing such gorgeous cards (and spending some serious moola), so one of these days, I'll actually come out of my shell and create fabulous works of art! (okay...coming off my cloud now). Thank for letting me comment, you have an awesome blog!

I love to craft to have something handmade to give to others along with the break it gives me from the mothering of three girls.

Estivalia said...

cool blog candy! I'd love to have this tote to get organized my favourite stuff :) (I don't have any friends that make cards or scrapbooks, so I can't go to crops :( )

I love making cards and rubberstamping because it relaxes me. I have some OCD and when I stamps it's the only time i'm not concerned about anything.

The second reason why I love rubberstamping is because I can paint without actually knowing how to draw, LOL :D

thanks for the chance to win!

In a word...paper crafting is therapeutic. Though in certain seasons I don't find the time for it that I would like, it is always there for me to come back to.

Great giveaway!

Well, I love papercrafting because I like working with my hands. Since I was a child, I enjoyed making things and cards and scrapbooking are no exception. It's also a great stress reliever for me. I put so much thought into my project that the rest of my cares disappear.

B said...

Wow, you're so generous Bev! :-) I love crafting because its a chance to express my creativity and give back to someone at the same time. I've always loved giving cards and writing letters. Crafting my own cards allows me to share it with others! In addition, I spend my entire work day in front of a computer, so crafting keeps me from spending the rest of the day in front of a computer!

Thanks for the chance to win!

I luv paper crafting because it gives me a chance to escape (zone out)and be creative. This also helps me wind down from a long day at work.

Super Blog candy Bev! I love your shipping department! To answer your question, I have always been a crafter of some sort, just never saw me as a stamper until two years ago. My littlest wasn't even a year and I felt like my brain had turned to mush. I hadn't scrapped in over two years at that point and as much as I wanted to, it just stressed me out. But stamping cards and projects gives me immediate gratification and I get to use my brain! Thanks for the opportunity to share!

Giving something homemade just adds such a personal touch and makes people feel special that you took the time to think of them! :o)

Bev, You are beyond generous! Wow awesome blog candy! I love to craft because its fun. My son (he is 4) He calls it my play. Momma are you doing your play? And thats exactly how I think of it.

I love crafting because it offers me unlimited opportunities to feel successful at something! A close runner up would be that my son has taken a liking to it also, so it gives us something special to do together and encourages conversation about things other than cartoons and video games :)

i love papercrafting the most out of all the crafting i do (stained glass, knitting, croceting, etc) because i can get a whole thing done in 1 sitting!!! i can whip out a card on an as needed basis, and my dd has lovely scrapbooks that she will be able to keep forever.

I love to stamp because I am a little designer inside, but I can't draw. Stamping takes care of the drawing for me--I get to plan the colors, layout, embellishments, overall look--and I can create something beautiful, even with no drawing talent.

Thanks for the very generous blog offer!

My last attempt got lost in cyberspace LOL

The thing I love most about this craft is that it is just a true reflection of me in everything I do. Whether it be showing off my most precious children in a scrapbook page or that perfect birthday card for a friend, it all screams "Jess" and I think it's great for people to see that in eerything I do.

Also, doing things like ATC swaps has really introduced me to some great new friendships and I cherish that as well! Thanks for the cool opportunity!

amber said...

Bev, wow your generosity with this candy amazes me!

I love papercrafting because it combines my love for colors, paper, and coloring all into on craft. I have always loved scrapbook paper and quickly realized I am more of a card maker then a scrapper. I have always colored as well long past the typical coloring age :). I still buy new crayons yearly at the back to school sales.

I love to craft because I get lost in the creativity and every card or scrapbook page is a new adventure.

Beverly,
What a very nice Blog Candy offering. The Tote-Ally cool tote from AMC in the pink and brown colours has always been my favorite and would be ideal for my supplies on the upcoming cruise and you know how much I like the PaperTrey stamp sets. I would love to win so I could choose one for my sister who lives in Denver and is visiting me this summer.
Thanks for the opportunity!
